Common setup issues
Mac app permissions are missing
- 1Open System Settings โ Privacy & Security โ Microphone
- 2Make sure Whispen has microphone access
- 3Open Accessibility settings and confirm Whispen is allowed there too
- 4Quit and reopen the app after changing permissions
iPhone keyboard is not appearing
- 1Go to Settings โ General โ Keyboard โ Keyboards
- 2Tap "Add New Keyboard" and select Whispen
- 3Enable Full Access for Whispen
- 4Return to your app and switch keyboards with the globe key
Voice typing feels inaccurate
- 1Speak clearly at a moderate pace
- 2Reduce background noise if possible
- 3Check that the correct language or workflow mode is selected
- 4If the issue continues, email support with your device and setup details
